Ryan Serhant is one of the most successful and well-known real estate brokers in the world. He is the founder and CEO of SERHANT., a multidimensional real estate brokerage that sits at the intersection of media, entertainment, education, and technology, and is also an innovator, entrepreneur, producer, author, podcast host, public speaker, educator, content creator, and star of Owning Manhattan on Netflix and multiple Bravo TV shows, including the two-time Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing New York.
Over the course of his career, Ryan has closed nearly $10B in sales and represented clients in record-breaking deals in New York and South Florida, including the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in the state of Florida for just under $140M. For more than a decade, Ryan led the # 1-ranked residential real estate sales team in New York City. In September 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and amid uncertain market conditions, Ryan decided to strike out on his own and launch his own brokerage.
